The American church has been battered by unbiblical marriages, divorces and remarriages, leaving it in moral compromise, confusion and unreadiness for Christ's imminent return. This course uses key Old and New Testament texts along with compassionate, insightful counsel to clarify God’s commands for marital relationships.

GOALS OF THE COURSE
-Understand God’s pure pattern for marriage and His will concerning both divorce and remarriage.
-Fully grasp the biblical concepts of “valid” and “invalid” divorce and remarriage.
-Analyze existing teachings, church regulations, ministerial requirements and popular trends, and accurately divide what is and what is not scriptural doctrine and practice.

MEET THE FACULTY MEMBER
Dr. Greg Hinnant was called aside many years ago from his chosen field of music education and later from the business world. As a writer, speaker and teacher, his present ministries are founded on years of devotional and systematic study of the Bible and Christian history and have been strongly influenced by the teachings of some of the masters of the spiritual life, such as Oswald Chambers and A. W. Tozer. Dr. Hinnant has published 18 books and has taught eight Christian Life School of Theology Global courses.
