(LEGACY COURSE) This course deals with the fine art of getting along with others. It explores the need for “people skills” and establishes a biblical blueprint for relationship building based on Romans 12. Students will develop life-long skills to enhance their relationships at home, work and church.

GOALS OF THE COURSE
-Discover a biblical blueprint for building quality, prioritized, personal relationships.
-Identify eight components for getting along with almost anyone.
-Understand the facts and principles pertaining to the “Science of Motivation” by studying four basic temperaments.
-Recognize your own personality pattern and be able to differentiate temperament tendencies of almost anyone you meet.
-Devise a working plan for effective interpersonal communication with spouses, children, friends, co-workers and church members.

MEET THE FACULTY MEMBER
Dr. David Baldwin is the Director of EverForward Ministries, a prophetic teaching and training ministry. With over 14 years as a senior pastor in Missouri and Kansas, he also has a diverse background in Christian radio, management consulting, and professional training. Dr. Baldwin authored over 35 leadership and team-building courses, working with the U.S. Department of Labor. He holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Ministry from Christian Life School of Theology Global.
