Description
This course will help you become more effective in your daily communication patterns. Using Ecclesiastes 3:7 as our foundational scripture, you will learn when to speak up and when to remain silent. Areas of focus include communication between family members, friends, colleagues, supervisors and church members.

GOALS OF THE COURSE
-Recognize methods that increase the effectiveness of your daily communication patterns.
-Become more aware of your responses to others and how you can encourage others with your words.
-Learn effective communication strategies for times when conversations are potentially volatile in nature.
-Understand the difference between godly silence and silence of the flesh as well as godly communication and communication of the flesh.

MEET THE FACULTY MEMBER
Dr. Michael Sedler is an ordained minister and the founder and president of Sedler Ministries. He has presented seminars and classes throughout the United States and Canada. Dr. Sedler has worked as an administrator, behavior specialist, teacher, social worker and consultant for government agencies. In addition, he is a published author and has worked as an adjunct professor for three different universities.
