This course provides a biblical overview of developing and maintaining multiracial/multiethnic churches. It seeks to clarify the biblical foundation for culturally diverse churches and describes how these churches can be cultivated according to scripture.

GOALS OF THE COURSE
-Learn the distinctions between the terms “multiracial” and “multiethnic”
-Understand salvation as the theological basis for love and unity and for multiracial/multiethnic churches
-Gain a deeper knowledge of biblical church history and U.S. church history
-Examine current trends of multiracial/multiethnic churches

ABOUT DR. JAMIE SANKS
Dr. Jamie SanksDr. Jamie Sanks serves as the lead pastor for The House of God in Midland, GA, a church he planted more than 15 years ago. He is the president of Bright Destiny, Inc., which provides Christian education and discipleship to people of all ages and backgrounds. He also serves as an adjunct professor for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS).

Dr. Sanks has earned numerous degrees including his bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Management, Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Divinity in Organizational Leadership, a Doctor of Ministry, a Master of Divinity in Theology, a Master of Education: Teaching and Learning-History and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Bible Exposition at Liberty University.

ABOUT DR. CHENITA SANKS
Dr. Chenita SanksDr. Chenita Sanks serves as the director of Christian education at The House of God and is the Vice President and a tutor for Bright Destiny, Inc. She has worked as a full-time teacher in the Muscogee County School District for the past 20 years. Her passion is educating the next generation to be Christ-ready, college-ready and career-ready.

Dr. Sanks received her bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, a Master of Education in Instructional Technology, an Ed.S. in Elementary Education, an add-on in Educational Leadership, a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.Div. in Theological Studies.

Jamie and Chenita have been happily married for 20+ years, and they have raised four fine sons together.
